Combining his love of writing, drawing, and psychology, author Carl Pickhardt Ph.D. has created his eighth book of illustrated psychology, FACES, to present a picture gallery of one hundred fictional individuals. Every portrait personifies some human characteristic that the limerick (five-line verse) about each subject further describes sometimes to humorous, sometimes to serious effect. Thus the book of male and female subjects becomes a visual and verbal commentary about human nature that both pleases the eye and provokes the mind to thought.
